We’re so excited for you to receive your order from Page & Poise! Here’s what to expect:

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

Shipping Time: Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days depending on the item and shipping location.

Please note: Some items may ship separately due to being stocked in different warehouses. If your order arrives in more than one package, you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Orders from our U.S. warehouses typically arrive in 5–10 business days, while items from our overseas warehouses may take up to 10–15 business days. We do our best to get everything to you as quickly as possible and will always provide tracking updates. 

Shipping Rates:

Flat rate: $5

Free shipping on orders over $75

 

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping info. Page & Poise is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact your local post office for assistance.

 

R E T U R N  P O L I C Y

We hope you love your purchase from Page & Poise! If something isn’t quite right, here’s our simple return policy:

Returns are accepted for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

All sale items, accessories, and shoes are final sale and cannot be returned.

To start a return, email us at shoppageandpoise@gmail.com with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We’ll process your store credit once we receive and inspect the item. Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.
